How to Generate a Strong Password
Create long, random passwords in your browser. FreeToolMate Password Generator never sends characters to a server — copy them straight into your password manager.
Steps
- Open the Password Generator.
- Set length (12+ characters is a practical minimum; 16–24 is better).
- Enable upper, lower, digits, and symbols as the site allows.
- Generate, copy once, and store the password in a manager — do not paste it into chat or email.
Good habits
- One unique password per site or account
- Prefer a password manager over browser autofill alone
- Use a passphrase style only when the site rejects symbols
